Principal Designer

In compliance with the Construction, Design, and Management (CDM) Regulations 2015 all clients are required to appoint a Principal Designer to plan and manage the health, safety and welfare elements of their project.


We can act as your Principal Designers, taking control of the pre-construction phase of your project.


As part of our role, we will produce a draft Construction Phase Plan (CPP) ensuring it meets all necessary regulations, which once complete can be approved by you.

We take the stress away from you, thus enabling you to concentrate on your day-to-day activities.


We work hand-in-hand with you and your teams to set goals, adhere to your policies and quite simply take the hassle away from you.
